I’ve been on this 90′s – early 00′s rock kick lately. I started combing through my depreciated “Nu-Metal” collection (shut up, you had one too) for samples.
I figured this would be a good one to start with:
So after some chopping of the intro bassline and throwing on some drums I ended up with this:
It’s probably just more of an exercise than something that will go anywhere, but its fun to do some more upbeat stuff, especially since the source is so down tempo.
